According to the recent count of sales things are getting better! Sales have only gone up by .1% but thats better then expected in aug. yet consumers aren't bieng easy the sales will only go up when the prices go down. people are intreged to shop when they see major discounts in the things they like sense they see their opportunity to buy without a huge affect.
